Founded in 1957 by the Hurliman family, Hurliman Heating and Air Conditioning started as a small sheet metal shop in the farming town of Othello, WA. The business moved to Spokane in 1994 where it began to grow in size and reputation.In January of 2022, the Hurliman family retired and passed the baton to Kylon & Teliah, a young couple from Montana. Kylon & Teliah live close to the business in their 5th wheel trailer with their two young daughters and dog in order to ensure Hurliman continues to be one of the best HVAC companies in Spokane.Today, the company employs over 75 team members and handles HVAC projects from large schools to residential homes. The company operates on its non-negotiable values of S.E.R.V.E; Systematic Excellence, Extreme Ownership, Respect & Integrity, Voracious Learning, and Energizing Lives. We chose the acronym S.E.R.V.E. because we believe the best way to build a better world around us is by starting with the question, “how can I serve you?”
